The right high pressure pump for every application
The STREAMLINE™ SL-V pump range for waterjet cutting offers high pressure pumps for all waterjet cutting systems, be it for pure water or abrasive applications. Depending on the respective application, cutting systems can be customised by installing the actually required pump capacity. This increases the efficiency of production and enables operators to include sufficient capacity reserves.
How to find the right high pressure pump for your purposes
The choice of the best high pressure pump for an application depends mainly on three criteria:
- The material determines the orifice size, which controls the intensity of the water jet.
- The cutting speed determines the number of cutting heads required to achieve the desired production output. The cutting speed per cutting head is determined by the thickness of the material, the set cutting pressure, the quantity and quality of the abrasive additive and the desired cutting edge properties.
- The size and number of orifices determine the volumetric flow of the high pressure pump. The more orifices are operated, the higher the required pump capacity.

Hard Seal End Cap (HSEC)
The innovative design of our hard seal end cap intensifier range for the installation of the check valve at the pressure intensifier end reduces operating costs and wear. This product is based on purely metallic seals and does away with conventional gaskets, thus prolonging the service life of your high pressure pump significantly.
Suitable for installation in any high pressure network
If you require additional capacity, simply install several STREAMLINE™ pumps in a single network. Depending on your needs, you can then connect several cutting stations to the high pressure supply lines and switch pumps within the network on and off, depending on requirements. This helps reduce costs and allows you to gradually extend your product capacity gradually over time.
Systems with one pressure intensifier
STREAMLINE™ high pressure pumps are the only pumps in the performance class up to 75kW that operate with a single intensifier. In comparison with other high pressure pumps, which require at least two pressure intensifiers in parallel if outputs of more than 37 kW are needed, our innovative solution offers huge cost savings due to reduced maintenance and the significantly lower number of wear components.
Protection for booster pumps
Pressure and temperature sensors installed in front of and behind the booster pump help prevent cavitation while ensuring adequate water supply. This in turn prolongs the service life of all high pressure components.
Reduced energy consumption
The integrated soft starter unit reduces power peaks to a minimum, saving energy costs. As the energy consumption is reduced, there is normally no need to make any modifications to the mains power supply system.
Redundant intensifier
Our high pressure pumps (exception: SL-V 15S) can be equipped with a second intensifier to achieve additional production safety. During unavoidable maintenance work, the oil flow is simply redirected through the redundant intensifier. This option is of particular interest to operators who work several shifts per day and must meet tight deadlines. As the main wear parts are located at the high pressure side of the pump, a redundant intensifier can be a suitable substitute for a complete second spare pump, which is sometimes installed to eliminate downtimes. Such solutions require only minimum extra space and are considerably cheaper.
Proportional pressure regulation
Proportional pressure regulators enable operators to adjust the pressure even during cutting operation. This might for example be required to increase the cutting speed. This option is of particular use for the cutting of brittle materials such as ceramics or glass, as pressure regulation during cutting speeds up processing. Apart from making cutting easier, proportional pressure adjustment prevents the material from shattering, as is often the case when new holes are cut.
